Reservation
  Deposit
 
A Reservation Deposit of one
  half the length of stay, with a maximum of $250.00 is required for advance reservation of an RV Lot or the RV Apartment Rental.( if stay is one month or longer) A $50.00 deposit is required for shorter stays.
 This deposit will be applied to the last (Day,Week,or Month) of the reservation.
Deposit will be refunded only upon the conditions that a request to cancel the reservation is received 60 days in advance of the reservation.
Otherwise, the Reservation deposit will be Non-Refundable.



               RV Apartment
            DamageDeposit

 A Damage Deposit of $250.00 is due upon arrival.  The unit will be inspected on the day of departure. The cost to repair any  damage will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. A statement of damages will be  sent to the renter along with a refund check, if any.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date  of departure.
Renter is responsible for laundry of bedding and towels, except for the last week of stay.
